What Should I Expect In
The Teen Alcohol Safety Program

Expectations

The Teen Alcohol Safety Program (T.A.S.P) is NOT voluntary. Vermont Statute requires you complete it if you have been issued a civil ticket for alcohol consumption or possession.
The fee for the Teen Alcohol Safety Program is here.
You should make all payments to the Court Diversion office in cash or cashiers check / money order (We do not accept personal checks!) payable to "Chittenden County Court Diversion".
Do NOT send cash in the mail, we will not be held responsible if gets lost.
Ask for a receipt if one is not offered to you.
You must let the Court Diversion staff know if you move or if your telephone number changes.
You have ninety days to complete the T.A.S.P. The ninety days starts when we get the ticket in this office. Your deadline date should be on the paperwork we send you.
